The Village of Harrison Hot Springs and Harrison Lake
Harrisburgh is located in the Village of Harrison Hot Springs.
The Village is a small community situated on the southern
edge of spectacular Harrison Lake. The lake itself is 45 miles
long and is surrounded by stunning snowcapped peaks. The opportunities
for water sports are numerous. Just a short drive from Harrison
brings you to a provincial park that contains several smaller
lakes with excellent fishing and camping opportunities. Among
these are Hicks Lake and Deer Lake. The outdoor recreation
possibilities of the region are endless. The Village of Harrison
Hot Springs boasts one of British Columbia's finest hotels
and of course the world famous hot springs. Enjoy the picturesque
promenade along the waterfront or do some casual shopping
in one of the village's many small shops.

Harrisburgh is located in the beautiful Fraser Valley. This
means that all the attractions of the city of Vancouver are
just a 90 minute drive away. No need to give up attending
your favorite shows and games by moving to the Okanagan. You
can enjoy affordable retirement
living right here in the Lower Mainland of British Columbia.
Should you have family in the region they can easily drop
in for a casual visit or you can join them for all those special
occasions.
Harrisburgh is located just 10 minutes from Agassiz. This
attractive rural community has much to offer in the way of
shopping and other amenities. All other services are available
in the thriving cities of Chilliwack or Mission, both just
a scenic 25-minute drive away.
Harrisburgh is a small enclave of just 46 homes. You can walk
to the lake in a few minutes. It is surrounded by an attractive
neighborhood of newer single family homes. All homes in Harrisburgh
are detached and located on their own lot. Homes are mostly
rancher style with main floor master bedrooms. Many have a
second bedroom or den on the main floor. Choose from the great
room concept or the more conventional formal living and dining
room plan. Some models offer a bonus room over the garage
or 2 more bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Several are split
level homes with a 4 bay garage.
Most of the homes feature 9 foot ceilings on the main floors
and the high quality of finishing that is a trademark of all
Kingma Brothers homes.
The time to buy in Harrison is NOW. This community has been
one of the fastest growing in British Columbia for the last
several years. The opportunities for new developments here
are severely limited. The village is tucked between two mountains.
Both are too steep for new housing on their slopes. The lake
eliminates any development to north and to the south is agricultural
land that is protected from development. Within the Village
of Harrison Hot Springs you will find no other potential location
for a community such as Harrisburgh this close to the Lake.
In short, your opportunity to live in a community such as
this is very limited. You will find your new Harrisburgh home
to be a splendid investment over time. Meanwhile, you can
enjoy a quality of living in an amazing natural setting that
is unrivaled on the west coast of Canada.
Thanks for considering Harrisburgh:
