Kingma Brother’s newest community is located
in the town of Agassiz, a charming country town situated on
the north side of the Fraser River in the upper Fraser Valley.
Citizens take obvious pride in their community. The downtown
area has been recreated in a Western theme. The community
provides all of the conveniences you may require including
shopping, schools and churches. Larger shopping and medical
centers are available in the City of Chilliwack, which is
less that 15 minutes away. Chilliwack is a growing city with
a population of over 70,000. The town is guarded by stunning
Mt. Cheam. Many of the homesite's in Aberdeen Village have
an excellent view of this beautiful snow-capped peak.
Aberdeen Village is located in the lush upper reaches
of the Fraser Valley in Canada’s most beautiful province,

Aberdeen Village is a small enclave of just 65 homes bordered
by small agricultural holdings on the edge of town. The police
station and a church are within a block of Aberdeen Village.
All homes are detached and located on their own fee simple
lot. No strata fees. Homes are mostly 2 stories and rancher
plans but we do have several split level and basement entry
plans to choose from.
Most of the homes feature 9 foot ceilings
on the main floors and the high quality of finishing that
is a trademark of all Kingma Brothers homes. There is small

heating system. This system also provides you with

is owned and operated by a private utility in which the developers
are partners. You will enjoy comfortable heat at very low
and predictable prices. The combined cost of the stable long-term
pricing and energy required to operate the system’s
high-efficiency fan and compressor is initially comparable
to the combined cost of energy and natural gas delivery to
a conventional furnace; and far less costly as natural
gas prices continue to rise.
Annual cost increases will be limited to that of the cost
of living index for the previous year. Meanwhile you will
still enjoy a natural gas fireplace.
The time to buy in Agassiz is NOW. Aberdeen Village occupies
one of the last remaining piece of property that can be developed
in this town. All other land is locked in the agricultural
land reserve. Opportunities for new developments are severely
limited. You will find that besides being a splendid place
to live, you new Aberdeen Village home will prove to be an
